Hemp extract, Kola nut, Cinnamon.

The Kola nut is the original source of flavour and caffeine in the drink cola. It is not extensively used now but we think it brings a traditional taste and feel to our drink.

Cinnamon offers subtlety of spicing, adding warmth and a depth of flavour to your palette whilst giving it length on the finishes. It’s a fragrant spice that can be picked up on the noise giving you a warmth of feeling that is distinct and comforting.

Hemp extract, Ginger, Chili.

The ginger components within our Natural Ginger Flavour are sourced from extractives of African ginger root. Chinese and African ginger are noted to be hot and spicy, while Jamaican and Hawaiian ginger tend to be milder and sweeter. This natural root harvested in South and West Africa is regarded as Africa’s best all natural anti-inflammatory aid and has a long history of use in African cuisine and traditional medicine. The flavour nuances are described as spicy, warming, woody with a slight peppery and herbal undertone.

Hemp extract, Quinine, Lemon.

Although they appeared across Europe as far back as the Roman times, Spanish lemons have become sought after for their sharp tangy juiciness which is packed with flavour and with fewer seeds.

British colonials in India took to adding Quinine to their tonic water mixing it with Gin tuis creating the gin and tonic cocktail! It has a bitter taste to it which gives the tonic its uniqueness.

Hemp extract, Pink Grapefruit, Rose.

Florida makes for the ideal growing conditions for Pink Grapefruit. Famous around the world for its sun ripened fruit that gives it a taste profile that is sweet, tangy and fragrant.

The Damask Rose originates from Syria taking its name from the city Damascus. Rose is used for both savoury and sweet dishes applied using rose water. My childhood favoured Turkish Delight was flavoured with rose and was always a welcome treat going well with chocolate and fruit.
